Hi! I’m Meredith Holley. I am an astrologer, Human Design reader, and a witch. I am a member of the Cabot Kent Hermetic Temple, and my primary training in witchcraft is through the Cabots. While I honor that tradition, not all of my practices come from the Cabots, and this workshop is not associated with the temple.

I am the founder of Fourth Cup Astrology and co-host of the Cauldron Her Daddy podcast. I named my practice Fourth Cup after the Four of Cups tarot card. In that card, a disgruntled young person is looking at three cups they have, looking very dissatisfied, while they stubbornly ignore a spirit hand that is offering them a fourth cup.

Like many people, I have spent most of my life learning and working in institutions. I was a lawyer for 14 years, and practiced civil rights litigation for 12 years. I ultimately left that practice because of the pervasive and severe harm I see the legal system cause to already traumatized people. I, like the person in the Four of Cups Card, was focused on the three cups I could see, and ignoring the call of spirit.

I became certified as a life coach in 2015 and incorporate that experience into my work, using that structure to teach boundaries, power dynamics, and accountability as tools for creating magickal lives even in the midst of unfair or oppressive circumstances. I am also a certified Reiki Master.

Maybe you can relate to this. Many people, like me, have been conditioned to rely on their brain or their body as the only tool for success. We are raised to believe that institutions will come through for us, but we also see the harm institutions cause. We ignore our intuition, emotions, and the information we receive beyond our five senses because we cannot yet explain them.

This workshop is a starting point to open up to the idea that you might be more than what your mind can produce, more than what your body can produce, more than the emotions that feel stagnant or stuck. You are also magickal.
