Madame Celine’s Little Books of Life

A Fairy Tale For Grownups

In 2017, I decided to write a book because I had four clients tell me that the coaching work we did saved their lives. I wanted to capture the shifts they made toward life-saving thinking to make them available to anyone.

I wrote a different book and took a different path at that time (you can check that out below), but the need to write this book stayed with me. Depression and self-harm thinking can be incredibly heavy and intense to deal with, and this book is not a substitute for mental health support, which everyone deserves.

But, I hope this book brings light to your day. Feel free to give it to anyone who could use it. All I ask in return is that you honor the special ordinariness of your book of life.

If you are in mental health crisis or supporting someone who is, you can call 988 in the United States to receive support.

What People Say About Madame Celine’s

“I wanted to tell you on the phone that I really liked the book so you could hear I was telling the truth. If I was lying, I would have texted.”

Workplace Conflict Resolution

I was a civil rights lawyer for 12 years, and I focused on helping people transform toxic work environments into healthy communities. You can find resources related to that, including these books, here. I no longer practice law, and I only offer mediation for a limited type of situation, but resolving conflict is simple (if not easy) and I try to make resources for that easily accessible, including these books:

Book cover with the title 'Career Defense 101' by Meredith Holley, foreword by Chrissy Weathersby Ball, featuring a hand with three fingers visible, an orange wireless speaker icon, and the subtitle 'How to Stop Sexual Harassment Without Quitting Your Job.'
