I have been a certified mediator since 2010, and participated in hundreds of mediations either as a lawyer or as a mediator. Any conflict is resolvable if one or more of the participants wants to resolve the conflict.
I do not handle mediations very often anymore and my background is primarily in workplace conflict mediation related to harassment or discrimination. I am open to talking with you about the conflict you are experiencing, but that does not guarantee I will take on your situation.
