Courageous Reality: Horoscopes June 22-28, 2026
Happy Solstice and Litha, witches!
When I was representing injured people as a lawyer, one of the red flags about potential clients that I often saw was the potential client who guaranteed they had a multi-million-dollar, sure-win case. The reason this was a red flag was not that they exaggerated their injuries or the wrongdoing involved. It was because they had a fundamental misunderstanding about the legal system.
I have seen this same misunderstanding related to churches and spiritual communities, coaching programs, and even jobs.
The misunderstanding is that systems are built to benefit the people within them and prevent and correct harms when they happen. It is hypothetically possible to build systems that do that, but most systems in the U.S., including the legal system, most religious systems, jobs, etc. are built to generate, process, and hoard money, not to benefit or protect their constituents.
Now, don’t get me wrong, money is great and I still believe injured people deserve at least access to healthcare and compensation for harms. But, in most instances we are far from offering that, especially to our most vulnerable and most severely injured in the U.S.
I say that not to be depressing, but to say that this week, the astrology gives us the opportunity to look at our boundaries and the results we are getting from the systems we support, whether we are supporting through love or hate. This week prepares us to step into a time of revolutionizing our personal lives to reflect the world we want to create. Long term change requires small, brick-by-brick efforts to build something new.

For horoscope principles this week, I am primarily looking at the following celestial events:
Venus in Leo trines Saturn in Aries on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 5:01am Pacific. This is a supportive aspect for building structure around relationships and beauty. If last week was tough and confusing in your relationships, this aspect could be a good opportunity to decide what type of structures you expect and want to build.
The Sun in Cancer squares Neptune in Aries on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 3:38pm Pacific. This aspect happens as the Venus trine to Saturn is happening, and it asks you to be honest with yourself about the spaces where you have compromised your boundaries, expecting experts or gurus to know more than you about your life. Neptune can entice us to merge and sacrifice our own sense of self and inner knowing, but the lesson is to pay attention to our bodies’ signals and our results in the physical reality in order to have stronger boundaries.
The Sun in Cancer squares Saturn in Aries on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 8:26am Pacific. Right on the heels of the opportunity to check our boundaries, this aspect gives us a reality check about our actions and the results they’re getting. If your actions or inactions are not getting you the results you want, be realistic about that data and make a shift.
Mars in Taurus sextiles Jupiter in Cancer on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 9:50pm Pacific. After checking in with your boundaries and results, this aspect supports making shifts and taking intentional action toward the results you do want. Most of us think that if we try 3 things to get the results we want, that is enough, but in reality sometimes it takes 100 tries. Get up and go after it!
Mars goes into Gemini on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at 12:29pm Pacific. This means that Mars is applying to conjunction with Uranus, which signifies major, explosive change. When we repress anger and resist change, this aspect can become explosive and unhealthy. When we embrace anger as a healthy human experience and allow change, we can harness these energies for the personal shifts we need to create the lives we want.
Mercury continues in Cancer, getting ready to go retrograde on June 29; Uranus continues in Gemini; Pluto continues in Aquarius.
These are the principles to consider for the week of June 22, 2026. It is worth taking a look at both your rising and sun sign horoscopes (visit astro.com to find your rising sign):
Aries: When we look to governments and institutions to change, it can be completely justified and even helpful, and also the first change we have control over is the change in our personal lives. If our government is run by predators and we want that to change, we can start with refusing to tolerate predatory behavior in our personal lives. Even predatory or self-harming thinking is something we can stop tolerating. Big change is coming to your most intimate community. May it involve healthy boundaries.
Taurus: Energetic boundaries are just as important as physical and emotional boundaries. Energetic boundaries honor the sacred nature of your personal energy and sovereignty. This week, showing up with your closest community will give you information about your energetic boundaries. If you are giving away your energy, that’s information about what shifts you want to make, not judgment about your worth. Make time to add beauty to your home, and it may give you other insight into the energetic shifts you need.
Gemini: I’m not saying this to personally attack or offend you, but no matter how rude this truth is, things do not have to be fast in order to be worthwhile. You are entering into a period, as Mercury slows and goes retrograde next week, where checking in with your most vulnerable and nurturing values is more important than knowing the fast and right answer. This does not mean you have to be reactive to your feelings, but they may give you more reliable information than pressuring your thinking to be quick.
Cancer: Just like you are not your kids and you are not your partners, you are also not your career, what you produce, or your public reputation. You are something much more complex and private than any of those facets or images. This week, look at the results you are getting in your career and consider whether there are any boundaries you want to enforce to protect the sensitives paces of who you are and allow you to be more fully yourself. Welcome revelations and downloads from your unconscious.
Leo: All parts of us need rest and nurture. You are entering a season where it is important to listen to the signals that you need rest. One of those signals may be feeling sad, depressed, or lower energy than usual. You don’t need more coffee, you need a nap and some alone time. Your ideals and expectations of yourself are one piece of information about who you can become, and having boundaries with your inner task-master is just as important as having boundaries with any person.
Virgo: Feelings are one source of data about any situation. Most of us were raised to be suspicious of feelings and believe thinking is superior to feelings. But, you are going into a time period where honoring your feelings without overthinking is important. If something feels off to you, you don’t need to find a good reason for that, just leave the situation. Use your strong analytical skills to find spaces that feel nurturing to you, rather than turning them against yourself.
Libra: Intimacy with others is sacred, and so is your individual experience of authenticity and courage within relationships. This week invites you to look at the boundaries and structures you have put into place in your partnerships since the Spring Equinox, and whether they support the safety and nurture you deserve in your public-facing life. Take that as neutral information and then consider what about your ideals may need to shift so that you can embrace more freedom.
Scorpio: Our ideals represent a higher sense of our potential, and also we can understand what we truly value by looking at our daily lives. When our habits and routines don’t reflect our higher ideals, that is good information to have. This week, the cosmos is giving you tangible information about where your ideals may be in tension with your health. When in doubt, treat your body with care as the sacred vessel it is, rather that pressuring it to conform to ideals that don’t serve you.
Sagittarius: The difference between enforcing a boundary and exerting coercive control is that you enforce a boundary in response to what comes into your space. It does not require other people to conform to your expectations. This week, evaluate the boundaries you have related to your children or creative projects, and how they use other people’s money. Because this is about other people, be conscious of the difference between a boundary and control. Changes are coming related to your partnerships, so practice healthy ways to process anger and frustration when people act outside of your expectations.
Capricorn: Understanding consent in personal relationships starts with understanding and respecting our own boundaries. When we do not respect and enforce our own boundaries, it is hard to understand or hear other people’s. This week, evaluate whether you are getting the results you want in your partnerships, and if you want to get different results, make sure you are clear about your own boundaries and receptive to other people’s. Consider being open to being open (even hesitantly) to changing how you think of boundaries because what you are doing now could seriously impact your health in July if you are not open to change.
Aquarius: Revolution is a daily practice of transforming our expectations and personal relationships, not primarily an acute moment of action, though it may include that. This week, examine whether your daily life supports and reflects the revolution you want to see in your community. As we go into July, the cosmos gives you the opportunity to create what your community needs to transform into a structure supportive of the most vulnerable. Take the call when it comes. What is healthy transformation for you is also healthy for your people.
Pisces: Often people resist feeling love, even though they are the only ones who experience the feeling, believing that love means absence of boundaries. In fact, love includes respecting our own boundaries and those of other people. If you have had a hard time establishing your boundaries related to money, especially with your children and creative projects, now is time to take stock. If you feel frustrated or angry at home, allow those feelings, but take stock before you act on them.
